  • Train the trainers to deliver 10 workshops for rollout over a 3 month period
  • Facilitate a webinar series to reinforce key concepts, address challenges, and get managers and salespeople on the same page as newly trained recruiters

The Result  

This workshop became the standard for training all new recruiters and sparked the development of a 1:1 monthly mentoring program which insures recruiting excellence.
